Spring Online Workshop with Lise Lorentzen, VGM

Save the Date: February 22, and March 1, 2025
Our Association is hosting an online Zoom workshop with Lise Lorentzen, VGM, on two consecutive Saturdays: February 22nd and March 1st, 2025. The project will be in the Hallingdal style. Lise, who has recently received her gold metal designation from Vesterheim, has designed for the child’s pouting chair and/or step stool. Bill Keller has made both items for us. If you wish to place an order, Bill can be contacted at the following email address: [email protected] The Hallingdal style design will be on a red background but could be adapted to any background color of your choice. With the child’s chair having several areas of different dimensions and designs by Lise for each, students may adapt them for use on various other wooden items which they may already own and want to use for the class if they are not painting the child’s chair or step stool. The patterns for all the designs will be provided. |

Print and fill out the Registration Form here, then mail it along with the registration fee to the Workshop Steward. Each of the Saturday sessions will be recorded for participants’ future use. The hours are from 9:00 AM-12 noon Pacific time with the afternoon session from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Pacific time. The cost will be $75.00 for members or $95.00 for non-members (become a member here). The class will be taught in acrylics, but Lise has extensive knowledge of oils.
