Shop the Nordic Market with Scandinavian vendors; then experience Taste of Norway street food with pølser with Norwegian mustard, lefse, pea soup, pickled herring, cookies and rømmegrøt; and at 5PM at the Waterfront Park, see the Lucia Bride ushered to shore in a Viking boat! The evening culminates with the annual bonfire where you'll witness Lucia lighting the bonfire and hear the Poulsbo Sons of Norway Viking King’s Winter Solstice Proclamation.
